Steel meat mincer plate size 22 .Suitable for any size 22 meat mincer.The diameter of the plates’ holes decide the thickness of the meats cut.In general plate hole sizes of 3,5,4.5 and 6mm are used for mincing meat and the bigger holes are used for production of sausages.Usually used with hand operated meat mincers where the hardness of the steel is not of importance.
